Dear Customers, Friends, and Neighbors,
It is certainly an exciting time at Mutual Bank.
Since assuming the role of CEO in 2016, I have collaborated with our team to offer just the right blend of modern technology and personal experiences—operating with a mission to provide the most extraordinary financial service for our even more extraordinary customers.
Over the last year, Mutual Bank has reinvigorated that mission, offering more resources than ever in our 125+ year history—both in financial support and personal services. This endeavor has included opening our new call center, responding to the needs and wants of our customers who want to connect in a convenient and human way. We launched a branch redesign program, with our first location, in Hanson, completed to feature more collaborative spaces and staffing. And to deepen our engagement with the communities we serve, the Bank established a new volunteer initiative that allows each of our employees to spend up to two days each year on a local service activity of their choice.
The opportunities are seemingly endless, and I hope you are as excited as I am for the future.
