ADA Compliance

Mutual Bank and The Americans With Disability Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, refers to the civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life.

Improving ADA compliance includes offering accessibility across the Internet, as noted in Title II. In order to make websites accessible to everyone and to take the necessary steps toward compliance, the design of the site must meet rigorous standards.

Mutual Bank places great value on offering an accessible website for those with disabilities. The Bank will continue to work toward maintaining and improving the accessibility of the content on its website, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

If you discover an inaccessible feature of Mutual Bank’s site, please contact us. Becoming more ADA compliant will always be a work in progress, and the team is actively working to make the site as accessible as possible.
